Yes, it’s that
time when we make our (sort of) annual trek south to the cute
little town of Bisbee. This has been a popular event in the
past and it is gearing up again. Event planning is in progress;
it should be a nice weekend of cars, friends, and vintage
trailers.

We have booked The Shady Dell for the entire weekend.
Reservations and payments must be made directly to the club and
are nonrefundable. Rates shown on the website do not include
tax. To make a reservation, please contact Eric at
treasurer@azgaycar.com. He’ll confirm the cost that will
include two nights, tax and a $15 activity fee per person.

Reservation Deadlines
Trailer reservations are being accepted in the order
received. Those made prior to 2/1/08 must be paid by
2/1/08. Those made after 2/1/08 must be paid within
three days. All reservations not paid within these guidelines
will be cancelled unless prior arrangements are made.
Non-Club Member
Reservations
Reservations from non-club members will be accepted
after 3/1/08, pending availability.
What happens if the trailers sell out?
Don’t fret! You can still join the fun! Because we expect a
sell-out, arrangements have been made with the San Jose Lodge,
approximately 3 miles away. Their website is
www.sanjoselodge.com; phone number is 520-432-5761. Please
make room reservations directly with them.
Those planning to stay at the lodge still need to make a
reservation and payment for the Activity Fee through the club.
To make an Activity Fee reservation, please contact Eric at
treasurer@azgaycar.com. Remember to do so as soon as you
make your lodge reservation so that we can have an accurate
count of attendees.
