The weekend in Kingman is open to ALL club members. Everyone is welcome to join the festivities. LCCI-CAR members are invited to attend the "after-glow" bbq at Tom Spear’s home Saturday evening.  Non judges who are attending NEED to contact Don Kline directly to RSVP (Cell: 602-538-1310 / Home: 602-482-7244) or by email: kdonald940@cox.net so that we can provide Tom with an accurate head count.

If you joining us as a non-judge, please contact the King's Inn Best Western Motel (1-800-750-6101) directly to reserve rooms.  Also note that open room rates apply for non-judges. Call between 8 and 2, ask for Patty.

Please remember that the members who are judging have a lot of ground to cover and so do need to be dedicated to that during the event.  If you are not judging, enjoy the show—those judging will join you as soon as the work is complete.

Logistics

• Leave Friday morning (or afternoon depending on personal schedules).
• Morning group will gather for breakfast at the I-Hop on W. Bell Rd at Grand Ave in Surprise at 9:15 a.m. with departure at approximately 10:30.
• 20 judge positions have been filled and further instructions  will be sent to those judges (if you would still like to be considered as a judge, we welcome your participation).
• Judging team members should contact the King's Inn Best Western to reserve rooms: 1-800-750-6101 Call between 8 and 2, ask for Patty and tell her you are a Fun Run judge. Please do this ASAP so that Tom can free up rooms for other guests.
